Gin Wild has the harmonious blend of handpicked Nova Scotian juniper, classic gin botanicals, and wild rose petals - a classic gin with a Nova Scotian twist. We start with a base of Nova Scotian wheat which is distilled with a blend of classic gin botanicals. The stars of this gin are the wild Nova Scotian juniper which is handpicked from the rocky barrens of our coastline, and rose petals from Coastal Grove Farms. It has a strong character, much like the shores it was grown on. Fermented, distilled and bottled in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
