Gin Royal

This royal blue gin is a tribute to the work of the pollinators who allow us to create delightful spirits like gin. Crafted with Nova Scotian grown wheat and classic gin botanicals, it has been slightly sweetened with local honey and derives its regal colour from an infusion of butterfly pea blossom. Pair with your favourite tonic for an exceptional experience.

On the nose, aromas of juniper, orange, and peppery spice blend with coriander and light floral honey notes. These notes translate to bold and balanced flavours of juniper and honey with a warming spice on the finish.

One dollar from each bottle sold will be donated to the Nova Scotia Beekeepers Association to help in their efforts to protect the bees.
