Inspired by our combined passions for creating authentic artisanal spirits and cocktails, our distilling team and head bartender worked together on this new release that we can't wait for you to try!

A blend of Gin Royal, our own in-house Apertivo recipe, and sweet vermouth, aged in an ex-rye whisky barrel for 2 months. It's delightfully complex, with bold citrus, chocolate and coffee characters. To enjoy, just pour over 1 large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel twist.
